Shipping is usually available within 7-10 working days of an order being placed. However, if this timescale isn't able to be met, we will contact you with a revised delivery date.

Returns & Replacements
You are able to cancel your contract with us at any time up to seven days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so in writing, either by emailing us at support@oakwoodfurnishings.com or by post to Oakwood Furnishings, Former Dog & Topper, Castle Boulevard, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 1SA, or by calling 01159 508070. We aim to respond to your request within 2 working days to confirm the cancellation, any refund due and collection details if goods have already been delivered. Order Cancellations on day of delivery will incur a £25.00 fee to return the goods to our warehouse
Returns within 7 days of delivery:
If you have already received your delivery, we will arrange collection of the goods on your behalf. Returns are absolutely FREE within 7 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and in the same condition as they arrived ready for collection on the agreed date. It is not necessary to give a reason for the cancellation; however a reason is helpful in order to aid us in improving the service we offer to our customers.

Returns over 7 days of delivery:
If your item is damaged, you can return the item to us within 30 days and will not be charged for the collection of your item. However, any previously applied delivery charge is non-refundable.

If your item is still in perfect condition yet you wish to return it for any reason, you will be subject to a collection charge. This charge is set by our courier company and will be confirmed by us when arranging a return.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and in the same condition as they arrived ready for collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

For security reasons, refunds are given by the same method which the original payment was made by.

Assembly of flat pack items are the sole responsibility of the customer. Oakwoodfurnishings.com accept no responsibility for damage to any parts by a third party.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

All online payments are processed securely via our credit card processor, PayPal. We DO NOT store credit card details.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery. Delivery rates vary on weight and destination and are calculated at the time of ordering. All orders over £300 are delivered free.
From time to time we will offer certain items at a reduced price. These reduced items are only available at the reduced price for a limited time and cannot be ordered retrospectively.
